Description: 
Large fast growing, hardy, evergreen shrub, H and S 6m (20ft)  with glossy, pale green leaves narrowly oval and sharply toothed. Star shaped white flowers are borne in clusters in Summer. Native to New Zealand.
 
Site and Care:
Prefers full sun or partial shade but tolerates a wide range of situations with moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well drained neutral to alkaline soil. Pruning should be carried out after flowering to maintain the shape and spread of the plant. Propagate from semi-ripe cuttings or seed.
