A tuberous-rooted, herbaceous perennial ideal for mixed borders, native to Mexico with single pink-lilac flowers appearing in late summer.

Site and Care

Grow in full sun to partial shade, and prefers a moist, well-draining light soil. This plant doesn't like to dry out, so be sure to water well. Unlike most dahlias, this species is fairly hardy in the UK.
