Description:
Hardy perennial for a sunny border forming a mound of ferny green leaves with small, pale, sulphur yellow flowers that blend with nearly anything and flower all summer long.
Site and Care:
Plant in any type of well-drained soil of any type in full sun.Relatively drought tolerant, and adapts well to poor soils.Removing faded flowers regularly will greatly increase blooming time. If plants become floppy in mid-summer, shear them back to 6 inches to rejuvenate. Propagation is by division which should be done anyway every 2 years in early spring. Cut back stems close to ground level from late February through to the end of March.
